Mari kita piknik, main pasir, main kartu, balap renang, melipat kertas, menyanyi, naik getek,nonton film,makan eskrim… 

tak ada yang tak bisa kita lakukan, bukan? 

Namun, kalau boleh memilih satu: aku ingin mimpi tidur disebelahmu. 

Ada tanganku di bawah bantal, tempat jemarimu menggapai-gapai.

Tidurku meringkuk ke sebelah kanan sehingga wajah kita berhadapan. Dan ketika matamu terbuka nanti, ada aku di sana. Rambutku yang berdiri liar dan wajahmu yang tercetak kerut seprai.

Tiada yang lebih indah dari cinta dua orang di pagi hari. Dengan muka berkilap, bau keringat, gigi bermentega, dan mulut asam… 

mereka masih berani tersenyum dan saling menyapa “selamat pagi”.

Membaca Buku karangan Iwan Setyawan berjudul "9 summers 10 autumn"  membuatku mengingat kembali masa kecilku yang tanpa airmata pahit dan kesusahan dalam menjalani kehidupan,

Masa dimana aku dan sodara-sodaraku tumbuh dalam pengajaran yang sangat keras dari kedua orangtua kami yang sangat disiplin mengajarkan kami segala hal tentang kehidupan.

Tapi sekaranglah kami merasa bahwa semua pengajaran itu sangat berguna untuk menghadapi kerasnya hidup.

Orangtuaku dibesarkan dengan dunia yang berbeda dan mereka pun bangga dengan kehidupan mereka bersama orangtua mereka.

Aku selalu mengingat sosok Ibuku, dia sosok yang kuat, tegar, dan selalu membuat kami nyaman.
