Affogato (berasal dari bahasa Italia yang berarti tenggelam) adalah minuman atau penutup yang berbahan dasar kopi. 
“Gaya Affogato” adalah gaya memberikan topping Espresso pada minuman atau hidangan penutup terdiri dari satu sendok es krim atau gelatto, seringkali, pembeli dilayani es krim dan Espresso di gelas yang terpisah, dan akan diaduk di meja agar mencegah es krim mencair sebelum dapat dikonsumsi.
